Given public health concerns surrounding the coronavirus and COVID-19 illness, we want to inform you of the enhanced protocols Terra Spa has implemented to ensure your health and safety. We are adhering to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations and closely monitoring updates as they become available.

We have enhanced our already thorough sanitization protocol for our treatment rooms, preparation facilities and office environment:
  • All treatment rooms, restrooms and waiting areas are meticulously sanitized before each appointment and after each treatment, including massage tables, countertops, seating, door handles, etc., and anything else that anyone has touched during the procedure.
  • All metal implements are sterilized in an autoclave after each use.
  • We are cleaning and bleaching all linens in-house rather than sending them out for other hands to touch.
  • Our therapists are using gloves for every treatment and masks for all faceto-face procedures. All employees are vigilantly washing their hands frequently.
  • There are no more than 4 employees on the premises, performing no more than 3 treatments at any time.
  • Anyone who does not feel well is instructed to stay home and strongly encouraged to consult their healthcare providers.
  • All Guests entering the building will have their temperature taken with a touch-free thermometer and will be required to submit the Covid-19 Screening form before being admitted to the treatment area.
  • Ensure all guests wear face coverings & wash their hands.
  • Provide hand sanitizer.
  • Guests may not enter without a face mask. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Terra Spa reserves the right to refuse service on any guest without a face mask.
  • Lead guests directly to the restroom to wash their hands; then to a treatment room, as opposed to your waiting room.
  • Prohibit guests or family from accompanying the guest.
  • Ensure proper distancing during check-in & check-out.
  • Space appointments to ensure adequate time for disinfection between guests.
  • All doors into Terra Spa must always be locked.
  • Contact guests 24 hours prior to their appointments to screen for exposure & symptoms.
  • Have guests wait in their car, receive a text message from Spa & be met at the door for their appointment.
  • If a guest needs to cancel their appointment due to concerns related to the COVID-19 illness, cancellation fees will be waived.
