TERRA SPA POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Booking
We are a small boutique spa and during busy times space can be
limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent
customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we have
a firm 24-hour cancellation policy.
Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. Please
note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions
of our cancellation policy. We really appreciate your business and
hope you have a positive experience booking with us. If you have any

Appointments
When scheduling and appointment, you will be asked to provide a valid
credit card number to reserve your appointment. Please note that no
charges will be made to your credit card until your service is
completed (unless you cancel with less than 24 hours notice). Upon
completion, you'll be able to pay for your services with your choice
of Visa, MasterCard, or cash. We do no accept American Express or
Discover. If you don't have a credit card, you can pre-pay for your
services in cash or gift certificate (24 hours in advance) to hold
your reservation. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Terra Spa gift
cards.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not added and is left to your discretion. We reserve the
right to require payment for "no show" appointments.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 24
hours in advance. No email cancellations will be accepted. Since we
turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellations
with less than 24 hours notice will result in Full Charges on your
credit card. Groups of 3 or more people require 48 hours cancellation
notice. Absolutely no exceptions can be made to our cancellation
policy because we often schedule and pay therapists to come
in especially for your appointment.
Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to
allow a relaxed check in and time to enjoy our spa amenities. First
time clients will be asked to provide information on medical history,
lifestyle and preferences while in the spa. This information is used
solely to provide you with the best care possible and remains
confidential. A more detailed consultation will be provided during
your service.
Staff
We employ only experienced, licensed staff. Details about the
education and certifications of each individual providing services in
the spa are available by request. It can be very helpful to review
this information before booking a first time service.
Services
Quality service is our top priority. Please advise your service
provider of any medical conditions or concerns, including medication
use, before your service. Please tell us if you are pregnant,
attempting to conceive, have high blood pressure or other circulatory
issues, etc. The therapies we provide are effective, so the more we
know about you, the better we can affect your treatment's outcome.
Children
We love children however our environment is not appropriate for them.
A curious child could upset the quiet & relaxed atmosphere which is
essential for the success of your treatment. For yourself as well as
the people around you, we respectfully request that you refrain from
bringing your children along with you for your treatments.
Assistance
If you become uncomfortable or need specific attention at any point
during your time with us, please notify any one of our staff
immediately. We are here to provide you with a beneficial experience.
No one, least of all your service provider, wants you to suffer
through a service that you find unpleasant. If you need more or less
pressure in a massage, you need a glass of water or you are
claustrophobic during a body treatment, please speak up. We try very
hard to anticipate your needs, but are not offended when you point
them out to us.
Returns/Refunds
All gift certificate sales are final.
Special
Gift certificates are available in any denomination.
